IOS™ Names Shawn Koval as Senior Vice President of Operations to Strengthen Operational Discipline and Service Execution

Industry Veteran Brings 25+ Years of Experience Scaling High-Performance Operations and Building Operational Infrastructure

Olathe, KS – IOS™, a leading commercial openings systems integrator, today announced the appointment of Shawn Koval as Senior Vice President of Operations, effective January 26, 2026. Koval’s appointment underscores IOS™’s strategic focus on operational standardization, service excellence, and building scalable infrastructure to support the company’s continued expansion.

Koval brings more than 25 years of operational leadership experience in building high-performing teams and implementing operational disciplines across multi-site organizations. He spent more than 20 years at DH Pace Company, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the organization from approximately $80 million to $1.1 billion in annual revenue, serving most recently as Executive Vice President of Operations.

During his tenure at DH Pace, Koval founded and led the National Accounts Group, growing it from inception to $204 million in revenue over a ten-year period. He also trained and developed more than 75 dispatch managers and schedulers, authored comprehensive service SOPs, and implemented KPI-driven performance playbooks that strengthened efficiency, accountability, and profitability.

In his role as SVP of Operations at IOS™, Koval will report to Chief Operating Officer John Skowronski and work collaboratively with division managers and operations managers across the enterprise.
