Triad, an Integrated Openings Solutions (IOS) company, partnered with The Hamptons at Heron Bay to help the community meet new HB 837 requirements for enhanced residential security.
Phase 1 included the fabrication and installation of new pedestrian gates and integrated access control systems across community amenities, including the pool, gym, bathrooms, and other shared facilities.
By providing end-to-end coordination—from gate fabrication to system setup—Triad ensured the project was completed efficiently, eliminating the need for multiple contractors. The result is a unified, reliable access solution that improves safety, convenience, and compliance for residents.
