Summit at West Pryor is a 247-unit sophisticated suburban multi-family development. In 2021, tenants began moving into the complex which features a full parking garage, coffee lounge, and pool, among other amenities.
IOS Kansas City was responsible for supplying and installing entry rolling steel garage doors for the underground parking facility and two full-view sectional doors for their coffee lounge, which is adjacent to their pool.
This new complex offers suburban living space within walking distance of shops and restaurants, including a grocery store. IOS Kansas City’s contribution to the project ensures their parking garage and coffee lounge are secured and easily accessible to tenants and guests.
Why Integration Mattered
By handling both the garage doors and the full‑view sectional doors, IOS delivered a unified openings package that simplified coordination for the GC. Fewer handoffs meant cleaner sequencing, faster installation, and consistent quality across the project. The result was a smoother build and a more reliable experience for tenants and guests.
