Sarasota’s Art District Gets a New Work of Art
The Collection at 1335 2nd Street is a high-end condominium complex featuring residential units and amenities for discerning residents. The new construction project began in January 2021 and is scheduled to complete in early 2023.
IOS Tampa worked with building partners at Kast Construction to detail, source, and install openings for the project. Wood doors, hollow metal doors and frames, door hardware, and access control hardware throughout the complex are included in this project.
The Collection is an incredible addition to Sarasota’s art district, providing living space and a selection of luxury condos for home buyers and renters in the region. IOS Tampa helped implement state-of-the-art access control technologies to fulfill The Collection’s promise of providing secure, luxurious living spaces.
