Proven sales and operations leader joins IOS executive team to drive customer-focused growth and innovation
October 3, 2025 – Integrated Openings Solutions (IOS), a leader in providing end-to-end door, hardware, and security integration solutions, today announced the appointment of Bill Narleski as Executive Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic & Southeast. In his new role, Narleski will work alongside business operation leaders throughout the region, strengthening the company’s regional leadership and expanding its expertise in integrated security and opening solutions.
Narleski brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in sales, operations, and integration, including over 15 years with Honeywell Building Solutions, where he played a key role in advancing customer relationships and delivering innovative, data-driven solutions. His proven ability to help clients optimize revenue, reduce costs, and mitigate risk positions him as a strong leader to advance IOS’s customer-first strategy.
