Project Overview: The Lord’s Place, a non-sectarian social impact organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of homelessness, has been serving the community for over 40 years. Their 25,000-square-foot facility provides essential programs, vital services, and nourishing hot meals to men, women, and families facing homelessness. To enhance their ability to serve the community, The Lord’s Place underwent a significant renovation to improve access, security, and aesthetics.

Scope of Work: IOS Ft. Lauderdale, in collaboration with Anderson Moore Construction, supplied and installed:

  • Hollow Metal Doors
  • Hollow Metal Frames
  • Wood Doors
  • Door Hardware

Objectives:

  • Improve Access: Enhance ease of entry and exit for clients and staff.
