Completed in 2024, Five Park is now the tallest tower in Miami Beach, redefining luxury living with breathtaking views and world-class amenities. Located at 500 Alton Road, this 48-story residential tower offers 98 residences, a private beach club, a three-acre park, co-working spaces, and sustainable design features.
Atlass Hardware Corp, a Division of Integrated Openings Solutions, collaborated with Moss & Associates to supply all doors, frames, hardware, and prehung doors. Working alongside R&A Door Solutions for installation, our team navigated unique challenges, including a constrained footprint and designing for Miami’s coastal resilience.
Beyond its architectural significance, Five Park enhances Miami Beach by creating public spaces, improving connectivity, and boosting the local economy while promoting sustainability.
