Doors and frames are crucial to any school building. They must provide broad accessibility and strict access control, while meeting all requirements for fire, impact, and sound ratings. School doors must also be able to withstand remarkable wear and tear compared to other commercial doors.
Iberia School District needed new doors, frames, and hardware for five different openings. IOS Kansas City sourced and installed Special Lite doors along with frames and hardware for this project. Additionally, IOS specialists replaced exit devices on two other openings.
These new school doors will serve a vital function for students, faculty, and staff for years to come.
